摘要
介绍了现有屋面防水施工技术及防水材料的发展状况,指出了现有屋面防水施工技术及防水材料的不足之处。针对中国防水工程施工情况,结合中国屋面防水实际情况,首次提出了双结构层防水屋面的结构方案及其施工方法。通过室内模型试验验证了该做法的高效防水性能,有望实现屋面防水与结构同寿命周期。该屋面防水结构比传统屋面出现渗漏再修补更为经济,且施工简单,具有保温、隔热等优点,因此,在经济、施工难度等方面都具有较强的适用性。双结构层防水屋面将为建筑防水行业带来重大突破。
Introduce the development of the existing roof waterproof construction technology and waterproof materials. Point out the deficiencies of the existing roof waterproof construction technology and waterproof materials. Connect with construction circumstances of the Chinese waterproof projects and combined with actual situation of China's roofing as well, firstly propose the scheme and the construction method of double-deck structure roof for waterproof. Verify the feasibility by model test. The same life cycle is expected to be achieved between waterproof and construction. This method has strong applicability in economic, construction and etc. The double-deck structure roof for waterproof will bring a major break- through for the building waterproofing industry.
