摘要
探讨高校知识创新与学校行政效能的现况和关系,通过问卷调查法对所得资料进行统计分析得到:高校行政人员对知识创新的应用普遍表示认同;高校知识创新应用的两个层面中,以"应用能力"成效表现最好;高校行政人员对学校行政效能普遍表示认同;高校行政的三个层面中,以"组织气氛"成效表现最好;知识创新应用与学校行政之间具有相互影响的关系存在;知识创新的应用可以提升学校的行政效能。
This paper aims to explore the status and the relationship between university knowledge innovation and administrative efficiency through the questionnaire method and statistical analysis.We find that university administrative staff generally agree with the application of knowledge innovation and"application ability" achieves the most remarkable success in the two levels of university knowledge innovation application;secondly, university administrative staff generally agree with the administrative efficiency and "organizational climate" produces the best effect among the three levels of university administration; last but not least, there is an interactive relationship between knowledge innovation application and administrative efficiency, in which the former can promote the latter.
