摘要 以专业为核心的教学体系并非高等院校培养人才的唯一模式或万全之策,呼之欲出的则是以课程为核心的教学体系,与其相辅相成,相得益彰。我国开放大学正在进行战略转型,在宏观高等教育结构改革的基础上,与之配套进行的微观高等教育结构调整的结果之一,应是在继续完善以专业为核心的教学体系的同时,构建以课程为核心的教学体系,实行高度选课制和完全学分制相统一的课程组合制,按一定专业要求由学校和学习者以课程为单位共同组织个性化教学。开放大学适应和满足成人学习者自主多样的学习需求,有赖于拓展以课程为核心的教学体系的生存空间,以课程研制为发展的基础,以开发新的课程领域为持续发展的支撑,以灵活的课程设置确立自己明晰的功能定位和办学特色,其实施从开放大学分校专科试点开始。为此,本文在"三个路向"思考的基础上,以上海开放大学及分校为对象提出相关配套建议供决策者参考。 The major-centered teaching system is not necessarily the only teaching mode for higher education,while a curriculum-centered teaching system now beckons,and the two comple-ment each other. Nowadays,Open 0niversity is going through a strategic transformation in China. The micro higher education structure adjustment comes along with the macro structure reform of high-er education. One of the adjustments should be the building of a curriculum-centered teaching sys-tem,in which elective-course system is combined with credit system ,and the schools and learners can jointly organize personalized teaching based on specific curricula. Based on theˊthree-wayˊcon-sideration,with Open 0niversity in Shanghai and its branches as the objects,this paper provides re-lated suggestions for decision makers.
