匈牙利学习型地区建设探略——以南外多瑙河区域为例

摘要 学习型地区(城市)建设,自20世纪90年代中期以来,便持续受到欧盟的高度重视,并先后采取了一系列政策措施推动其发展。匈牙利作为欧盟成员国之一,也积极响应并探索本国的建设策略,其中南外多瑙河学习型地区的建设卓有成效。该地区尤其注重发挥研究型高校在区域建设中的统筹作用,而且致力于构建学习型城市-区域网络,成为欧盟建设学习型城市过程中经验分享和标竿学习的典范。通过对其建设实践进行相关探讨,有助于我们深入了解匈牙利建设学习型地区的基本情况和发展策略,也有助于为本土的学习型城市建设带来有益的借鉴。 The construction of learning regions( cities)has been continued to be the E0 ˊs at-tention,and it has adopted a series of policies and measures to promote its development since the mid-90s of 20th century. As one of the E0 Member States,Hungary has responded positively and explored its own building strategy. The construction of South-Transdanubian learning region has ob-tained remarkable achievements. With particular emphasis on the roles of research universities,this region plays a leading role in the construction of learning cities in E0. This article helps us under-stand the basic situations and development strategies of learning region construction in Hungary,and brings useful reference for the construction of learning cities in China.
