系统工程视野下网络学习支持服务体系及关注点探究

On the Network Learning Support Service System and its Concerns from the perspective of Systems Engineering

本文从网络学习支持服务的产生根源出发,阐述了网络学习应该给学习者提供支持服务的内容与功能,分析了国内网络支持服务所面临的普遍性问题,在研究借鉴国内外著名院校的成功做法基础上,引入系统工程理论体系概念,构建了融汇系统工程管理理念的学习支持服务体系,分阶段性、领域性进行了详细设计,并在其基础上对当前网络学习支持服务关注点进行探究。

This paper first introduces the origin of online learning support services,then explains that the contents and the functions of the support system should be supplied to learners in network learning. And analyzes the widespread problems that occur in domestic network support service. The author introduces the concept of system engineering theory and offers some ideas for the construction of the new support service framework. Finally explores the concerns of the new support services framework.
