天然绿色棉色素组分的提取及性能研究

采用正相柱层析法分段富集绿色棉色素,用紫外-可见光谱分析富集组分的光谱特性,并研究富集组分对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH·)和2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS+·)两种自由基的清除能力。结果表明:正相柱对天然绿色棉色素具有更有效的分离效果,0%甲醇能富集到天然绿色棉色素中的黄绿色组分;绿色棉粗提色素及其分段富集组分都具有较好的DPPH·和ABTS+·清除能力。

In this paper,the extractions of green cotton pigment are segmented by using normal phase chromatography,and the spectral characteristics of enriched components with UV-VIS spectrum are analyzed.Besides,scavenging activities of free radicals DPPH·and ABTS+·are analyzed.The experimental result shows that normal phase column is more effective for the separation of pigment in green cotton;the yellowish green component can be enriched by the 0% methanol.Green cotton pigment and its segmented enrichment component have good DPPH· and ABTS+· scavenging activities.
