自考助学机构作为培养人才的阵地之一,对从整体上提高我国劳动者素质,促进经济社会发展具有重要意义。随着全日制自考助学规模的不断扩大,对从事全日制自考助学管理工作者提出了新的挑战,特别是在思想政治教育工作方面。针对全日制自考助学学生思想政治教育工作的现状,探索全日制自考助学学生思政教育工作的有效方法,是自考助学管理工作的首要任务。

As one of the talents cultivating institutions, the institution for self-taught students has great significance in improvingthe quality of workers and the economic and social development. With the increasing number of self-taught students, workers who areengaged in adult education face a new challenge, especially on the aspect of ideological education. According to the status of adult educationstudents＇ ideological education, to explore the effective way of ideological education should be the most important task for adulteducation management.
