浅析我国采矿环境现状及对策建议

On China's Mining Environment

基于我国采矿环境现状,浅析产生现有采矿环境问题的原因,并就如何解决采矿环境问题提出建议:(1)完善法律法规,加强执法检查;(2)建立采矿环境影响评价制度;(3)以税费优惠政策激励企业主动治理;(4)加大科技投入,改变采矿粗放局面;(5)建立采矿环境治理专项资金;(6)提高矿企环保意识。

This paper lays emphasis on China＇s mining environment. Through analyzing the reasons behind the issues concerning environmental damage caused by mining, it points out that efforts must be made to resolve these issues. These efforts include improving laws and regulations to enhance our efforts with regard to law enforcement inspection; establishing systems to assess environmental impact caused by mining; inspiring the enterprises to combat environmental impact with preferential tax policies; increasing investment in science and technology with a view to changing the extensive mining situation; and establishing a special fund for improving mining environment.
