高职轻工专业现代学徒制人才培养模式探索——以制浆造纸技术专业为例

Study of Modern Apprenticeship in Light Industry of Higher Vocational Education College——Pulp and Paper Technology as Example

现代学徒制是广东省教育厅非常重视的一项高职教育人才培养模式改革。本文以制浆造纸技术专业探索现代学徒制培养模式为例,介绍了现代学徒制定义,明晰了该培养方式来自政府和当今经济技术发展现实的两个推动力,分析了现代学徒制实施的可行性,并进一步通过本专业人才培养模式现状的详细说明和现代学徒制的实施,提出了目前在现代学徒制人才培养模式实施中存在的问题,同时也提出了解决并完善的方法。

Modern Apprenticeship, which is paid much attention to by Guangdong Education Authority, is a new teaching style. The paper, taking an example of pulp and paper technology in applying this teaching style, introduced the concept of Modern Apprenticeship. Two driving forces from government and current situation of economy and technology were expressed. Its practicable plan was analyzed. In addition, by current teaching style introduction and application of this modern apprenticeship teaching style, the meeting problems were presented in the paper. The possible solutions to these problem were proposed as well.
