Last year, Sino Agro Food （SIAF） a vertically integrated protein food producer, reported that it was building what will be the world＇s largest freshwater prawn farm in Nanlang Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China. As the company prepares for its first stocking in April 2015, TheFishSite talks with the company about their progress and plans for producing high standard sustainable seafood.
