中西医结合治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:中西医结合治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)的临床疗效。方法:71例RVVC患者随机分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=35);对照组给予氟康唑联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊;观察组在对照组用药基础上,加中药煎汤熏洗和内服。结果:观察组治愈率高,复发率低,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗RVVC疗效好。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine on recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC). Methods: Seventy-one patients with RVVC were randomly divided into observation group (n=36) and control group (n=35), patients in the control group were treated with fluconazole combined nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules; based on the control group treatmemt, patients of the observation group received syndrome differentiated decoctions of Chinese medicine for fumigation/wash and oral administration. Results: The observation group showed higher cure rate and lower relapse rate than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined treatment of TCM and western medicine has better curative effects for RVVC.
