摘要
一例老年患者车祸致伤,入院静脉滴注胎盘多肽约11 m L(超过说明书规定的剂量上限8 m L)出现胸闷气急、呼吸困难等严重不适症状。停药并经对症处理后症状消失。8 d后再次常规剂量使用该药,无不适症状出现。药师提示对于胎盘多肽等生物组织提取物的使用,应严格遵循说明书剂量,以保障用药安全。
We reported a serious drug event (mainly chest distress and dyspnea) induced by placenta polypeptide (PP) in an elderly patient hospitalized due to a traffic accident when received about 11mL intravenous drip of PP (exceeded the dose limit of 8mL in specification). The symptoms disappeared after drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment, and did not appear when given the conventional dose of the drug after 8 days. Thus, we should strictly follow the instructions for dose of drugs, especially the biological tissue extracts such as PP, to ensure safety.
