摘要
以龙井43号茶树鲜叶为材料,通过硫酸铵分级沉淀、离子交换层析、凝胶过滤层析等方法对茶树多酚氧化酶同工酶进行分离纯化,最终分离出1个单一同工酶(PPO V),该同工酶亚基大小约为80ku。
The isoenzymes of polyphenol oxidase from Camellia sinensis var.Longjing 43 fresh leaves were isolated and purified with ammonium sulfate precipitation,ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography.One single isoenzyme(PPO Ⅴ)was purified.Its subunit size was about 80 ku.It will be useful for further studying the properties of tea PPO isozymes.
