摘要
类黄酮在植物中大量存在并具有多种生理活性。具有C6-C3-C6骨架结构的类黄酮结构特征鲜明,对其结构与不同生理活性的构效关系研究是筛选和利用类黄酮的重要依据。随着类黄酮构效关系的研究方法不断地深入发展,从最初的定性构效关系研究,逐渐发展到依次出现的二维、三维和全息定量构效关系研究,极大地提高了对类黄酮活性研究的效率。本文从研究方法的角度,对近年来的类黄酮构效关系研究进展进行了综述。
Flavonoids,with diverse physiological functions and beneficial effects,are widely distributed and naturally found in different plants.Flavonoids have a common C6-C3-C6 skeletal structure.For better selection and utilization of flavonoids,studying physiological and structure activity relationship of flavonoids is very important.Advances on studies of structure-activity relationship of flavonoids were reviewed from the initial structure-activity relationship studies to a two-dimensional,three-dimensional and holographic quantitative structure-activity relationship studies,which greatly improved the efficiency of studying the activities of flavonoids.
