Stress experiment in mice

摘要 Aim To observe the effect of ShenLi capsule on the stress of mice. Method 1 50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, Respectively, the blank control group, Saline solution (Volume per 10g body mass 0. 2ml) , ShenLi capsule low dose group (0. 225 g · kg^-1) , the middle dose group 0.45 g · kg^-1, high dose group (0. 9 g · kg^-1), of Anduolin capsules group 0.64 g · kg^-1, parallel to the 3 group experiment (anti hypoxia, anti fa- tigue, anti cold), a total of 150 mice. 1 times a day, for 10 days. 2. Hypoxia tolerance test, the survival time of mice was recorded. Cold experiment, the survival of mice in each group were recorded, and the percentage of sur- vival was calculated. Mice swimming test, the mice were placed in the bucket to the head of the head in the water to sink into the water 10S no longer surfaced. Mice running experiments, the mice in advance to set the running time of 1H, and then 12 r · min^-1 15 min continued to warm up; 18 r · min^-1 to automatically stop, record the number of electrical stimulation. Result (1) There was significant difference between the drug delivery groups and the normal control group (P 〈 0. 01 )in the hypoxia tolerance test. Compared with the control group, the middle dose groupan and large dose group had significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). It is showed that the ShenLi capsules to be able to enhance the ability of hypoxia tolerance in mice. Anduolin capsules can prolong the mice in the hypoxic condition of survival time. (2) There was significant difference between the drug delivery groups and the normal the middle dose group and large dose group had significant differ- control group (P 〈 0.01 ) in running experiment, ence (P 〈 0.05) , the results showed that the ability of the mice was enhanced by shenli capsules, Anduolin cap- sules could prolong the running time of mice. There was significant difference between the drug delivery groups and the normal control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) in mice swimming experiment, Compared with the normal control group, there were significant differences in the large dose group (P 〈 0. 05 ) , ShenLi capsules to explain the ability of the anti fatigue in mice, Anduolin capsules could prolong the swimming time of mice. (3) Compared with the normal control group, there were significant differences in the large dose group (P 〈 0.01 ) in anti cold test. It is showed that the ShenLi capsule can be able to enhance the ability of anti cold tolerance in mice, Anduolin capsules can increase the survival percentage of mice in the cold. Conclusion ( 1 ) The ShenLi capsule to extend the ability of mice to hy- poxia tolerance, (2) The ShenLi capsule has the effect of anti fatigue, (3) ShenLi capuse can improve the ability of mice to resist cold.
