摘要
目的:研究"肤敏"膏对大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)模型T淋巴细胞及其亚群的影响,探讨其抗皮肤过敏作用机理。方法:用卵白蛋白建立大鼠PCA模型,采用免疫荧光流式细胞技术检测PCA大鼠外周血CD3+T、CD4+T和CD8+T细胞表达率及"肤敏"膏对3种细胞的影响作用。结果:与模型组比较,"肤敏"膏3剂量组CD3+T和CD4+T细胞表达率均值较模型组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:"肤敏"膏的作用机理可能与其调节CD3+T、CD4+T的数量紊乱有关,从而间接的干预Th1/Th2细胞分化及平衡,在过敏反应早期调节细胞免疫平衡以阻断病变进程。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Fu Min ointment fighting against skin allergic reaction by studying its effects on T lymphotes and its subsets of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) rat model. Methods: PCA rat model was established with ovalbumin, expression rates of CD3+T, CD4+T and CD8+T in peripheral blood of PCA rats were detected by immunofluorescent flow cytometry and the effects of Fu Min ointment on three kinds of cells. Results: Compared with the model group, three groups of Fu Min ointment were higher than the model group in CD3+T,CD4+T and CD8+T cellular expression rates average values obviously(P0.05). Conclusion: The mechanism of Fu Min ointment might be related to its function of regulating CD3+T and CD4+T quantity disorder indirectly, therefore, to intervene Th1/Th2 cells differentiation and balance, regulating cellular immunity balance in allergic reaction in order to cease pathological progress.
