摘要
以医院信息化建设为基础,分析了系统的复杂性,强调"一把手"原则的重要性,阐述了如何组织实施系统,如何调动积极性让全员参与信息化系统的建设,最后说明信息化系统(HIS)一定要重视应用和管理。
On the foundation of hospital information construction, the complexity of the system was analyzed to emphasize the significance of the chief leader principles, to illustrate how to organize and carry out the system, how to arouse the enthusiasm of full participation information system construction, consequently, the application and the management should be emphasized in the information system construction.
