双黄连口服液联合维生素C治疗复发性口腔溃疡30例

ShuangHuangLian Oral Liquid Combined with Vitamin C in Treating 30 Cases of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的：观察黄连口服液联合维生素C治疗复发性口腔溃疡（Recurrent oral ulceration,ROU）的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例,2组均采用西医常规治疗：曲安奈德注射液无菌棉签局部涂擦,5-10 mg/次,3次/d;维生素C片,50 mg/次,3次/d,口服。观察组同时口服双黄连口服液200 m L,3次/d。2组均连续治疗2周。结果：总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋值2组治疗后均明显改善,观察组改善更明显（P〈0.05）。复发率观察组为6.67%,对照组为26.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：双黄连口服液联合维生素C治疗ROU临床疗效显著,并可改善免疫功能,降低复发率。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Shuanghuanglian oral combined vitamin C for treating Erosive Oral Lichen Planus. Methods： 60 Erosive Oral Lichen Planus patients were randomly equally divided accorded to the treatment group and the control group,the two groups were chosen injection of triamcinolone acetonide topical treatment,on the basis of the control group were given vitamin C treatment,and the treatment group were given Shuanghuanglian oral combined vitamin C treatment that were treated for 2 weeks. Results： After treatment,the response rates in the treatment group and the control group were 96.7% and 83.3% that the treatment group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the pain scores were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）,while the pain scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,after an investigation,the physiological function mental spiritual,social relations,treatment scores of the treatment group were significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The insomnia,rashes,headaches,infections during treatment in the treatment group were significantly less than the control treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shuanghuanglian oral combined vitamin C for treating Erosive Oral Lichen Planus can effectively relieve pain,improve the therapeutic efficacy,its safety,and thus help to improve the quality of life outcomes.
