中西医结合治疗气血亏虚型产后缺乳的疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Effects of Integrative Medicine in Treating Postpartum Hypogalactia of Qi-blood Deficiency Pattern

目的:观察通乳颗粒联合中频激光治疗仪治疗气血亏虚型产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法:将260例气血亏虚型产后缺乳患者随机分为观察组、对照组各130例。2组均给予中频激光治疗仪治疗,观察组同时口服通乳颗粒,2包/次,3次/d。2组均连续治疗5天。结果:痊愈率观察组为83.08%,对照组为61.54%;总有效率观察组为95.38%,对照组为85.14%。临床疗效观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。面色、精神、饮食、舌苔、脉像等证候积分2组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:通乳颗粒配合中频激光治疗仪治疗气血亏虚型产后缺乳临床疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Tong Ru granules jointed with intermediate frequency laser therapeutic apparatus in treating postpartum hypogalactia of Qi-blood deficiency pattern. Methods： All 260 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 130 cases each group. They were treated with intermediate frequency laser therapeutic apparatus, and the observation group took Tong Ru granules orally, two packs each time, three times per day. Both groups were treated for five consecutive days. Results： Cure rate of the observation group was 83.08%, higher than 61.54% of the control group; total effective rate of the observation group was 95.38%,higher than 85.14% of the control group. The observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects（P〈0.05）. The scales of facial complexion, spirit, diet, tongue coating, pulse manifestations and others decreased obviously after treating in both groups（P〈0.05）, the decrease of the observation group was more notable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tong Ru granules jointed with intermediate frequency laser therapeutic apparatus are effective in treating postpartum hypogalactia of Qi-blood deficiency pattern, which could improve clinical symptoms obviously.
