摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证施护在小儿骨折中的临床应用效果。方法:对157例骨折患儿以中医护理理论为基础,结合生理特点,给予生活起居调护、情志护理、饮食调护等辨证施护措施。结果:157例骨折患儿均治愈出院,未发生严重并发症。结论:辨证施护有助于骨折患儿骨折的愈合与康复。
Objective：To discuss the effects of syndrome differentiation and care applied to the children suffering from bone fracture. Methods： On the foundation of TCM nursing theory, 157 patients were nursed from daily life, emotion and diet combined with their physiological features. Results： All the patients were cured and discharged, no severe complication happened. Conclusion： Syndrome differentiation and care is helpful to the healing and rehabilitation of the patients with bone fracture.
