优质护理干预在功能性便秘患者临床诊疗中的实效性

Evaluation the application effectiveness of quality nursing intervention in the mental status and clinical symptom of patients with functional constipation

目的:探讨优质护理干预在功能性便秘(FC)患者临床诊疗中的实效性。方法:将74例患者随机分为对照组、观察组各37例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理干预、行为干预等优质护理干预措施,2组干预周期均为4周,观察干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及症状积分的变化情况。结果:SAS和SDS评分及症状积分干预后2组均显著降低(P<0.05),观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预有助于改善功能性便秘患者的心理状态,缓解便秘症状。

Objective：To research the Evaluation the application effectiveness of quality nursing intervention in the mental status and clinical symptom of patients with functional constipation. Methods 74 cases of patients with functional constipation diagnosed by Rome III diagnostic code in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group（37） and control group（37）. The two groups accept the same treatment,the control group was given wish routine care,while the palienls in the intervention group were given with specific nursing interventions on the basis of routine care,including emotionalinlervenlion,dielary inlervenlion. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）、Self-Rating Depressive Scale（SAS） were observed and evaluated. Results After treatment,The SAS and SDS scores of two groups patients were significantly lower than before treatment,The SAS and SDS scores of in observation group was significanlly lower than that in control group respeclively（ SAS：t =3.57,P〈0.05; SD ：t =2.97,P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significanl. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve treatment effection and quality life of FC patients,thus worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
