常规护理联合口服健脾通气合剂对剖宫产术后患者胃肠功能的影响

Influence of Conventional Nursing Combined with Oral Administration of JianPi TongQi Mixture on Gastrointestinal Function of the Patients after the Surgery of Cesarean Section

目的：观察在剖宫产术后常规护理的基础上给予健脾通气合剂口服对剖宫产患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：将70例行新式剖宫产术后24小时肛门未排气患者随机分为对照组及观察组各35例。对照组予以产科常规护理,观察组除在对照组常规护理的基础上给予健脾通气合剂。观察2组干预后6小时、6-12小时、大于12小时肠鸣音恢复情况、首次肛门排气情况、排便情况。结果：干预后6小时、6-12小时、大于12小时肠鸣音恢复情况、通气情况、排便情况观察组均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在剖宫产术后常规护理的基础上口服健脾通气合剂有助于改善产妇改善胃肠功能,促进术后肠鸣音恢复、首次肛门排气、排便。

Objective：To observe the influence of JianPi TongQi mixture on gastrointestinal function of the patients after the operation of cesarean section on the foundation of routine nursing. Methods： Seventy patients who received cesarean section and didn＇t pass wind within 24 hours after the operation were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 35 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care of obstetrics, the observation group were intervened by JianPi TongQi mixture on the foundation of routine care in the control group. To observe the recovery of intestinal gurgling sound, first anal exhaust condition and defecation in both groups in six hours,during the period between six and 12 hours, and more than 12 hours after the intervention. Results： The observation group was superior to the control group in the recovery of intestinal gurgling sound, first anal exhaust condition and defecation in both groups in six hours, during the period between six and 12 hours, and more than 12 hours after the intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oral administration of JianPi TongQi mixture is helpful to improve gastrointestinal function of puerperant, the recovery of intestinal gurgling sound, first anal exhaust and defecation after the operation on the foundation of routine nursing after cesarean section.
