摘要
目的探讨抗菌药物合理应用对医院感染病原菌耐药性的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月~2013年12月诊治感染的患者1 020例患者为对照组,另选取我院2013年1月~2013年12月诊治感染的1354例患者为观察组,观察组采用联动监管的方式对抗菌药物的应用进行合理管理。结果观察组耐药菌检出率及抗菌药物使用强度均低于对照组,两组患者革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌、真菌分布存在明显差异(P〈0.05);观察组真菌分布低于对照组,非发酵菌分布高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论联动监管抗菌药物应用的方式,能够有效促进抗菌药物合理应用,降低病原菌耐药性的发生率,改善病原菌耐药性分布。
Objective To explore the impact of the rational use of antibiotics on pathogen resistance in nosocomial infection.Methods 1 020 cases of infection patients from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as control group,other 1 354 cases of infection patients from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected as observation group which used linkage supervision to administer antimicrobial drugs.Results The detection rate of drug-resistant bacteria and antibacterial drug use intensity of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05),distribution of Gram-negative bacteria,Gram-positive bacteria and fungus of two groups were significantly different(P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of antibiotics linkage supervision can effectively promote rational use of antibiotics,reduce the incidence of pathogen resistance,and improve the distribution of pathogens resistant.
