摘要 目的分析CT模拟定位在肿瘤三维适形精准放疗定位的临床应用价值。方法选取2013年9月~2014年10月来我院就诊的肿瘤患者59例,采用诊断多层螺旋CT进行肿瘤模拟定位扫描,采集图像经三维适形精准放疗计划系统(TPS)工作站进行分析后,在TPS系统中设计放疗方案并实施,患者放疗完成后进行CT复查。结果 59例肿瘤患者CT模拟定位结果准确,CT复查结果显示放疗效果完全缓解31例,部分缓解19例,肿瘤无变化7例,2例患者肿瘤病情进展,放疗效果良好,且放疗期间无明显并发症产生。结论 CT模拟定位应用于肿瘤患者三维适形精准放疗,能够增加肿瘤定位准确性,促进放疗效果提高。 Objective To study the CT simulation in the clinical value of tumor dimensional conformal radiotherapy precise positioning.Methods From September 2013 to October 2014,59 cases of patients with cancer in our hospital used diagnostic multislice spiral CT scanning tumor simulator.After image acquisition by precise three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy planning system(TPS) workstation for analysis,designed and implemented radiotherapy plan in the TPS system,carried out CT scans in patients after completion of radiotherapy.Results A total of 59 cases of cancer patients' CT simulation results were accurate,CT reviewshowed that 31 cases of patients were completely remission,19 cases were partial remission,the tumor did not change in 7 cases and 2 cases of tumor patients were progression,the radiation effect was good.And no significant complications occurred during radiotherapy.Conclusion CT simulator in cancer patients with accurate three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy can increase tumor localization accuracy,improve the promotion of radiotherapy.
