摘要 目的探讨全屏静脉麻醉和吸入麻醉在脊柱神经外科手术中的应用效果。方法随机选取脊柱神经外科手术患者90例,按照麻醉方法的不同将其分为吸入麻醉组和全凭静脉麻醉组,对比两组患者围手术期的血液生理学指标、体感诱发电位和脑氧供指标,并对结果进行分析。结果两组患者MAP、PETCO2、Sp O2、SEP无明显差异(P>0.05),吸入组患者麻醉后期Sjv O2指数高于静脉组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论吸入麻醉和全凭静脉麻醉在脊柱神经外科手术中具有各自的优势,应根据患者的病情选择合适的麻醉方案以取得最佳麻醉效果。 Objective Discussion fullscreen intravenous anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia effects of spinal neurosurgery.Methods Spinal neurosurgery randomly selected 90 patients,according to the different methods of anesthesia inhalation anesthesia will be divided into groups and total intravenous anesthesia group,compared two groups of patients with perioperative blood physiology index,somatosensory evoked potentials and cerebral oxygen delivery index,and the results were analyzed.Results Two groups of patients MAP,PETCO2,Sp O2,SEP was no significant difference(P〉0.05),late Sjv O2 index inhaled anesthesia group was significantly higher than the intravenous group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Lnhalation anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia has its own advantages in the spinal neurosurgery,anesthesia should select the appropriate program depending on the patient's condition to get the best anesthesia.
