两种白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术和小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的疗效比较

The Efficacy Comparation of Two Kinds of Cataract Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation and Trabeculectomy in Treatment of Cataract and Glaucoma

目的探讨白内镜合并青光眼采用两种白内镜摘除术与小梁切除术和人工晶体植入术治疗效果对比。方法选取白内障合并青光眼60例,分成两组,对两组临床效果展开对比。结果术前两组眼压无明显差异(P>0.05),术后6个月均有下降,观察组幅度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组视力提高患者所占比例高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用白内镜摘除术特别是超声乳化术式与小梁切除术、人工晶体植入术联合,可发挥显著治疗作用,对保障患者视力水平意义显著。

Objective Discussion on white endoscopic glaucoma in two white endoscopic excision with trabeculectomy and intraocular lens implantation treatment comparison.Methods Select 60 cases of cataract and glaucoma,divided into two groups,the two groups engage in comparative clinical effectiveness.Results Preoperative IOP was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）,after six months have decreased,the magnitude of the observation group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）,the proportion of visual acuity improved observation group were significantly higher than the control group,a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using white endoscopic excision particularly phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy formula,combined with intraocular lens implantation,can play a significant therapeutic effect on patients with significance level security vision significantly.
