两种方法治疗锁骨中1/3骨折疗效分析

The Effects of Two Methods of Analysis in Treatment of 1/3 Clavicle Fracture

目的比较记忆合金环抱器结合克氏针与S型锁骨接骨板治疗锁骨中1/3骨折的临床疗效。方法将58例锁骨中1/3骨折按固定方法分为记忆合金环抱器结合克氏针30例与S型锁骨接骨板28例,观察两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后制动时间、骨折愈合时间、治疗费用、肩关节功能评定差异有无统计学意义。结果两者在骨折愈合时间、肩关节功能评定差异无统计学意义,但记忆合金环抱器结合克氏针治疗锁骨中1/3骨折具有创伤更小。结论记忆合金环抱器结合克氏针治疗锁骨骨折,固定牢靠,术后制动时间短,费用更低,效果显著。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of memory alloy embracing fixator combined with Kirschner wire and S type plate in treatment of clavicular clavicle fracture in 1/3.Methods 58 cases of clavicular fracture in 1/3 according to the fixed method consists of shape memory alloy embracing fixator combined with Kirschner wire in 30 cases and 28 cases with type S clavicle plate,observe two groups of patients the bleeding volume,operation time,postoperative braking time,healing time of fracture,treatment costs,shoulder joint function evaluation have no difference statistical significance.Results Both in the healing time of fracture,shoulder joint function evaluation showed no significant difference,but the memory alloy embracing fixator combined with Kirschner wire in the treatment of clavicular fracture in 1/3 with less trauma,reliable fixation postoperative braking time is short.Conclusion Emory alloy embracing needle was combined with treatment of clavicle fracture,fixation,postoperative short braking time,lower cost.It shows good effect.
