摘要
目的分析改良子宫B-Lynch压缩缝合术在产后出血中的应用。方法回顾性分析2013年10月~2014年9月于我院剖宫产术中产后出血采用改良子宫B-Lynch压缩缝合术的疗效。结果 36例剖宫产术中产后出血采用改良子宫B-Lynch压缩缝合术均取得较好效果,无孕产妇死亡及子宫切除。结论改良子宫B-Lynch压缩缝合术是治疗宫缩乏力所致的产后出血的可行的治疗方法。
Objective Analysis of the improved B- Lynch compression uterine suture technique application in postpartum hemorrhage.MethodsA retrospective analysis in October 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section adopts improved the curative effect of uterine B-Lynch compression decompression.Results 36 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section with improved B- Lynch compression uterine suture technique has achieved good effect,no maternal death and hysterectomy.Conclusion The improved B- uterine Lynch compression decompression is treatment contractions fatigue caused by the feasible treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
