摘要
目的探讨抑郁症采用帕罗西汀治疗的临床疗效和用药安全性。方法选取我院56例抑郁症患者,随机数字法分为对照组和治疗组各组均28例,对照组采用阿米替林治疗,治疗组采用帕罗西汀治疗。结果治疗后治疗组患者HAMD(汉密顿抑郁量表)评分和ADL(日常生活能力评定量表)评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05),患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症采用帕罗西汀治疗,治疗效果显著,用药安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods Select 56 cases of patients with depression in our hospital,randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 28 cases in each group,the control group with amitriptyline in the treatment of,the treatment group was treated by paroxetine.Result After treatment,treatment group with HAMD（Hamilton Depression Scale） scores and ADL（activities of daily living（ADL） rating scale） scores were more improved than that in control group（P〈0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions in patients was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Depression by paroxetine treatment,treatment effect was significant,safety.
