胺碘酮治疗老年人心律失常的疗效分析

Analysis on Therapeutic Effectiveness of Amiodarone in Treatment of Arrhythmia of Senior Citizens

目的分析胺碘酮治疗老年人心律失常的临床方法及疗效。方法搜集2014年9月~2015年9月在我院接受治疗的老年心律失常患者66例,以随机抽签的方式分为实验组和对照组,每组各33例患者。给予实验组33例患者采用胺碘酮治疗,给予对照组33例患者采用常规药物进行治疗。观察并比较实验组和对照组患者的临床效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为96.97%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为81.82%,两组相比差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用胺碘酮治疗老年人心律失常效果显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,促进患者早日康复。

Objective Clinical treatment of amiodarone and its effect on treatment of senior citizens are to be studied.Methods 66 arrhythmic patients who are treated in hospital from September2014 to September 2015 and separate them into two groups at random.33 patients in study group are given clinical treatment of amiodarone and the rest 33 patients in control group are given metronidazole medication treatment,and then observe and compare treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group is 96.97%,which is much higher than 81.82%in control group;there is an efficacy differential between two groups and such a differential has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amiodarone in treatment of arrhythmia is quite effective and safe for elder arrhythmic patients.Moreover,it can improve clinical symptoms effectively and make patients recover soon.
