螺内酯配伍卡维地洛治疗老年难治性高血压患者的临床疗效与安全性探讨

To Investigate the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Spironolactone Combined With Carvedilol in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Refractory Hypertension Patients

目的探讨螺内酯配伍卡维地洛治疗老年难治性高血压的临床疗效。方法将我院2013年5月~2015年1月期间收治的64例老年难治性高血压患者分为对照组（单用卡维地洛）与治疗组（螺内酯配伍卡维地洛）。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率优于对照组;两组患者的不良反应发生率对比不具有统计学意义。结论采用螺内酯配伍卡维地洛治疗老年难治性高血压具有临床疗效显著、安全有效的优势,对提升患者的生活质量具有十分重要的现实意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of spironolactone combined with carvedilol in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory hypertension.Methods During the period of in our hospital in May 2013 to January 2015 were 64 cases in elderly patients with refractory hypertension patients were divided into control group（carvedilol） and treatment group（spironolactone combined with carvedilol）.Results Treatment group total effective rate than the control group;two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant comparison.Conclusion The use of spironolactone combined with carvedilol in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory hypertension has advantages of low clinicalefficacy,adverse reactions,and to improve the patient＇s quality of life has very important practical significance.
