炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of Ethinylestradiol-cyproterone Acetate in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法选择我院收治40例多囊卵巢综合征患者,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果治疗后患者卵巢体积、卵泡数、PRL、T、E2、FSH和LH水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮是一种较为有效且安全的多囊卵巢综合征临床治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of ethinylestradiolcyproterone acetate by the treatment of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 40 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome were treated in our hospital,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results After treatment,ovarian volume,number of follicles,T,E2,PRL,FSH and LH were superior to those of the treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate is an effective and safe method for treating polycystic ovary syndrome.
