通痹汤治疗糖尿病并发末梢神经炎52例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 52 Cases of Diabetes With Peripheral Neuritis Treated by Tongbi Decoction

目的分析通痹汤治疗糖尿病并发末梢神经炎的疗效。方法纳入2013年1月~2014年12月我门诊部合并末梢神经炎糖尿病患者104例,随机分对照组、观察组。对照组用西医常规方法治疗,观察组用通痹汤加减辨证治疗,对比临床疗效。结果实验组临床有效率为94.23%,高于对照组（P〈0.05）。实验组正中神经、腓总神经、尺神经感觉神经、运动神经传导速度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论通痹汤治疗糖尿病并发末梢神经炎的临床价值值得肯定,较西医治疗的临床疗效更具优势,可改善患者神经损伤情况。

Objective To analysis of Tongbi decoction curative effect for the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuritis.Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,our hospital combined peripheral neuritis,104 patients with diabetes,random points in the control group and observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine,the observation group was treated with Tongbi decoction subtraction.Compare the clinical curative effect.Results Experimental clinical effective rate was 94.23%,significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Effects of median nerve,phil total nerve,ulnar nerve sensory nerve,motor nerve conduction velocity were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongbi decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuritis positive value,compared with western medicine treatment the clinical curative effect of an edge,can improve patients with nerve injury situation.
