常见的中药饮片调剂差错与防范措施分析

The Analysis of Mistakes and Prevention Measures of Common Chinese Herbal Medicine Decoction

目的分析常见的中药饮片调剂差错发生原因,提出防范措施。方法调取2011年1月~2015年1月,304份中药饮片调剂差错报告,进行回顾性分析;对10名调剂工作者进行深度访谈。结果剂量差错占29.61%、遗漏成分25.66%、品种差错占23.03%、数量差错3.29%。结论中药饮片调剂差错发生原因较复杂,需从＂人＂、＂环＂、＂法＂、＂物＂四个环节做好科学管理。

Objective To analysis the common Chinese herbal medicine dispensing error causes,and puts forward the preventive measures.Methods From January 2011 to January 2015,304 samples of Chinese herbal medicine dispensing error report,were retrospectively analyzed;on 10 relief workers were in-depth interviews.Results Dosage errors accounted for 29.61%,omission of composition 25.66%,variety of errors accounted for 23.03%,accounting for 3.29% of the number of errors.Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine dispensing error causes are complex,from the ＂people＂,＂ring＂,＂law＂ ＂objects＂ four links do a good job in management science.
