三黄糖敏汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Sanhuang Tangmin Decoction and Metformin on Therapy Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究三黄糖敏汤与二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的效果。方法回顾性分析2014年6月~2015年6月收治的98例2型糖尿病IR患者临床资料,按治疗所用方法分两组,对照组44例患者行二甲双胍治疗,观察组54例患者在其基础上行三黄糖敏汤治疗,比较两组疗效与化验指标。结果观察组总有效率94.4%比对照组75.0%高,且观察组治疗后FPG、2h PG、C肽及FINS水平均比对照组低,而ISI水平比对照组高（P〈0.05）。结论三黄糖敏汤与二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的效果显著。

Objective To explore Sanhuang Tangmin decoction combination therapy with metformin in type 2 diabetes insulin resistance.Methods A retrospective analysis of June 2014 to June 2015 in IR in patients with type 2 diabetes clinical data 98 cases admitted to hospital,according to the method used in the treatment of two groups,the control group,44 cases of patients with metformin,54 patients in the observation group its based on the uplink Sanhuang Tangmin decoction treatment efficacy and laboratory markers were compared.Results Observation group total effective rate 94.4% higher than the control group 75.0% and the observation group after treatment FPG,2h PG,low C-peptide and FINS levels than the control group,while the ISI level higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sanhuang Tangmin decoction combination therapy with metformin in type 2 diabetes insulin resistance significantly.
