急救护理在急性重症颅脑外伤中的应用

The Application of Emergency Nursing for Acute Severe Brain Injuries

目的分析急救护理在急性重症颅脑外伤中的应用。方法选取我院2014年3月~2015年5月收治的急性重症颅脑外伤患者50例为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予急救护理,比较分析2组护理效果与护理满意度。结果本研究中,分别给予2组患者常规护理、急救护理,对比结果发现,对照组总效率为80.00%,低于观察组96.00%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=16.394 7,P〈0.05）;对照组护理满意度为80.00%,低于观察组100%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=17.289 6,P〈0.05）。结论对急性重症颅脑外伤配以急救护理,能有效提高患者存活率,抢得救治的先机,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application of emergency nursing in patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 50 cases of acute severe craniocerebral injury patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received conventional nursing,the observation group was given first aid nursing,the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were analyzed in 2 groups.Results In this study,were given two groups received routine nursing,emergency care,the results,it is concluded that,in the control group,the total effective rate was 80.00%,significantly lower than observation group was 96%,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=16.394 7,P〈0.05）,control group of nursing satisfaction was 80.00%,significantly lower than the observation group was 100%,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=17.289 6,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The acute severe craniocerebral trauma with to emergency care,can effectively improve the survival rate of the patients,seize the opportunity of treatment,improve nursing satisfaction.
