摘要
目的研究分析结核患者接受营养护理的临床效果。方法根据2012年3月~2013年3月我院接收的90例结核患者来进行研究分析,探讨分析营养护理临床使用效果,对患者的护理前后体重、血红蛋白、血清蛋白等营养指标进行研究分析。结果患者接受营养护理一个月之后,检验结果表明,其营养指标均有所上升,营养不良的情况也得到了改善,和之前的护理效果相比较,患者的体质有很大的改善,对营养的认识也有所增加,前后的对比存在统计学差异性。结论营养护理的临床使用能够增加患者的营养知识,患者对自身的营养重要性也比较重视,所以结核患者的营养指标有所提升,营养不良的情况也有很大的改善,对患者的结核病治疗归转起到了非常好的帮助。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nutritional nursing in patients with tuberculosis.Methods According to the research and analysis of 90 cases of tuberculosis received from March 2012 to March 2013,we analyzed the clinical effect of nutritional nursing,and analyzed the nutritional indexes such as weight,hemoglobin,serum protein and so on.Results After a month of nutrition nursing,the test results showed that the nutritional indexes were increased,and the nutritional status of the patients was improved,and the quality of patients was improved.Conclusion The clinical use of nutritional care can increase the nutritional knowledge of patients,patients with their own nutritional importance is also more attention,so the nutritional indicators of tuberculosis patients have improved,the situation has greatly improved the nutritional status of patients with tuberculosis treatment to return to a very good help.
