艾滋病合并结核患者的整体护理要点分析

Analysis of Overall Nursing Points of Patients With AIDS Complicated With Tuberculosis

目的分析对艾滋病合并结核患者实施整体护理的要点和作用。方法随机选取艾滋病合并结核患者130例,将其分成对照组和观察组,每组65例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理模式。结果观察组患者在经过整体护理模式后的分值高于对照组,而且观察组患者的治疗依从性也优于对照组,两组数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对艾滋病合并结核患者实施整理护理有助于提高患者的生活质量和治疗依从性。

Objective To analyze the main points and functions of the whole nursing care for AIDS patients with tuberculosis.Methods 130 patients with AIDS complicated with tuberculosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group.The control group was used routine nursing,the observation group adopted the holistic nursing model.Results The scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of nursing care in patients with AIDS complicated with tuberculosis is helpful to improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of patients with AIDS.
