精神科护理安全隐患的探讨

Study on Safety Risk of Psychiatric Nursing

目的分析在护理精神科患者的过程中,可能发生的不安全因素,采取有效措施积极防范,杜绝在治疗护理过程中发生不安全事件。方法找出护理精神患者过程中的不安全护理因素,提出解决方案。结果精神科安全隐患来自患者自身疾病、医院及病区设施条件、护士、和管理体制等因素。结论我们在做好治疗的前提下,护理安全同等重要,尽可能的杜绝意外发生。

Objective Analysis the unsafe factors in psychiatric care,possible,take effective measures to actively prevent and eliminate unsafe events occurred in the process of the treatment and nursing.Methods To find out the factors of nursing care in the process of the patients with mental illness,and put forward the solutions.Results The safety risk of psychiatric department came from the patient＇s own diseases,hospital and ward facilities condition,nurse,and management system and other factors.Conclusion In the premise of good treatment,nursing safety is equally important.Eliminate accidents as much as possible.
