摘要
目的分析妊高症孕妇接受针对性护理的效果。方法选择妊高症孕妇94例,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组47例。分别实施常规妇产科护理和针对性护理。结果观察组护理计划实施总时间短于对照组;母婴不良结局的发生率低于对照组;对护理满意度高于对照组。结论妊高症孕妇接受针对性护理效果明显。
Objective To analyze the effect of the nursing care of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 94 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.Implement routine obstetrics and gynecology nursing and nursing.Results The total time of nursing plan in observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were significantly effective in the targeted nursing.
