超声诊断右侧颈动脉体瘤1例 被引量：1

Diagnosis of right carotid body tumor with ultrasound:a case report

摘要 患者男,23岁,于4个月前无意中发现右侧颈前区有一红枣大小的肿物,无痛,不随吞咽活动上下移动,未行任何治疗,现肿物逐渐增大,直径约4 cm,为手术治疗收入我院。体格检查：颈软,无颈静脉怒张,气管居中,右侧颈前区饱满,右侧颈部颌下可扪及一直径约4 cm肿块,质硬,光滑,无压痛,活动度差,肿块表面听诊无杂音。超声检查：右侧颈动脉分叉处见实质不均质低回声,部分包绕颈内动脉和颈外动脉。
