炉管氧化皮脱落在超临界和超超临界机组中是一个比较普遍的问题。近年来，因氧化皮脱落堵塞已造成多起锅炉爆管事故。因此，对氧化皮的分析和研究具有非常重要的意义。为了控制此类事故发生，减少火电厂经济损失。主要对机组运行中炉管氧化皮脱落的原因进行分析，并在此基础上提出针对性的预防和治理措施。

Oxide skin of Boiler tubes shedding a common problem in the supercritical and ultra supercritical thermal power generating units. In recent years, due to oxide blocked off has caused many boiler tube burst accident. Therefore, it is very important on the analysis and the research to the oxide scale. In order to control such accidents, reduce economic loss of fire power plant. This paper analyzes the cause of the oxide skin shedding of furnace tube in the operation of unit, and put forward some prevention and treatment measures on this basis.
