火电厂锅炉奥氏体不锈钢弯头在役涡流检测装置研究

摘要 通过对ET一556H多频涡流检测仪进行内部模块增加和传统的多频混合运算法优化改造升级后,有效解决了火电厂锅炉奥氏体不锈钢管弯头在役涡流检测远距离作业造成的信号衰减、弯头曲率半径不均匀带来的提离信号和马鞍型阵列式探头中点式涡流线圈之间互感引起的噪声信号等问题;同时,设计制作了马鞍型阵列式涡流探头,满足了在役检测便捷、高效的要求。 With the help of internal module augment and conventional multi-frequency mixed algorithm upgrade for ET-556H multi-frequency eddy current analyzer, the detection problems of austenitic stainless steel pipe elbow such as signal attenuation, lift-off noise and inductance noise are solved efficiently, which have resulted from respectively remote testing, unequal elbow radius and mutual inductance between mid-point eddy current coils of saddle array sensor. In addition, the saddle array eddy current sensor was designed to achieve convenient and efficient testing.
