摘要
针对SA335-P92钢在焊后热处理不及时且空气潮湿时。产生应力腐蚀裂纹的问题.给出了相应的预防措施;并针对传统充氩保护工艺效率低的问题,推荐了一种免充氩保护剂,该保护剂的使用可大大提高生产效率。
This paper introduced a preventive measure to avoid the Stress Induced Crack of SA335-P92 which happened under the condion of " PWHT isn't applied timely and ambient air is humid". And introduced a new type technology -"Free-argon welding flux" for protecting back of the welding seam of P92,this technology can greatly enhance production efficiency.
