300MW锅炉末级过热器材质老化分析及改进措施

摘要 通过对300Mw锅炉末级过热器G102泄漏管和取样管的综合试验分析.结合现场设备运行的实际工况条件,指出了长周期热偏差运行所造成的过热超温导致的材质老化是该钢管失效之重要因素,为准确制定相应措施及保证机组安全运行提供了依据。 Through a comprehensive experimental analysis on leakage tube and sample tubes of final superheater of 300 MW power plant boiler, combined with the actual working conditions of field devices, it was found that over heat and temperature caused by long-term operating under thermal deviation and material ageing were the key factors. According to the result, countermeasures were taken to make sure the safe operation of the power generation units.
