国际粮价对我国粮价的传递效应及我国粮食安全对策研究

Study on Transmission Effect of International Grain Price and Countermeasures for China's Grain Safety

通过分析近年来我国粮价和国际粮价的基本走势,国际粮食价格波动对国内粮食价格的贸易传导机制、信息引导机制、期货市场机制以及其他传递机制以及国际粮食价格波动对我国粮食安全的短期影响和长期影响,从政府、市场和微观农业企业角度提出了平抑国际粮价对国内粮食市场影响,提高我国粮食安全的政策建议。

By analyzing the basic trend of the domestic and foreign grain price in recent years, this paper studies the trade transmission mechanism, information introduction mechanism, futures market mechanism and other transmission mechanism of international grain price fluctuation to domestic grain price and the short-term and long-term impact of international grain price, and puts forward political suggestion to enhance the domestic grain safety.
