侧面发光塑料光纤位移检测系统的设计 被引量:3

摘要 对光纤传感器进行了创新研究,使用侧面发光的塑料光纤作为该传感器的探头,并且利用塑料光纤通体发光的原理设计了一种全新的传感器模式,使光纤传感器的测量范围量程在20 mm内. 该设计的目的就是使光纤传感器不仅能够微距测量,还可以大量程测量,量程范围得到改善. 其中光纤探头部分的设计是重要的创新部分. 该检测系统由光源部分、光电转换部分、信号处理系统、A/D转换部分和显示电路组成,在 51单片机上实现,通过软件编程与硬件调试测得实验数据. 实验数据表明,在0~20 mm内待测距离与传感器输出的电压成线性关系,误差为0.781%. There are the innovative research for the fiber optic sensor,the side glowing plastic optical fiber as the sensor probe, according to the whole body emitting principle of plastic optical fiber,and using the side-emitting plastic optical fiber has devised a new sensor model and the optical fiber sensor of measuring range range within 20 mm. The purpose of this design is to make the optical fiber sensor not only macro measurement, can also be measured in a wide range, range scope of improvement. The important part of innovation is the design of the probe of the optical fiber .The detection system is consisted of the light source, the photoelectric conversion, the signal processing system, the A/D conversion and the display circuit, which is implemented on 51 single chip microcomputer, the last,the experimental result is measured by the software programming and hardware debugging.The experiment result shows the relationship between output and distance is linearity in the range from 0 to 20 mm,the error is 0.781%.
