摘要
上海申能崇明燃机电厂工程为2台9F级的燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组。其轴系由高压缸(HP)、中低压缸(IP-LP)、发电机(GEN)、燃机(GT)构成,呈单轴布置。轴系作为转动设备的核心部位,其安装调整质量将直接影响机组最终的振动。因此,根据以往的施工经验,对9F燃机轴系的要点作了总结,以便于今后同类机组的轴系调整安装。
The project of Shanghai Shenergy Chongming Gas Turbine Power Plant is two 9F-level gas-steam combined circulating units.The shafting consists of high pressure cylinder(HP),middle and low pressure cylinder(IP-LP),generator(GEN)and gas turbine(GT),presenting a monopodium arrangement.The installation and adjustment quality of shafting as the kernel part of rotating equipment,will directly influence the final vibration of an assembling unit.Therefore,in accordance with our construction experience in the past,the key points in the shafting alignment of 9F gas turbine are concluded,aiming to help the adjustment and installation of shafting of the same kind in the future.
