摘要
近年来,欠发达地区高校教师流失情况日益严峻,直接影响高校的发展以及为地区经济发展培养人力资源的使命。欠发达地区高校教师流失是多因素合力的结果,为了有效降低流失,确保欠发达地区高校发展,文章运用现代人力资源管理观点,提出科学进行教师岗位分析、职业生涯管理和绩效管理体系等对策思考。
The loss of college teachers in underdeveloped areas has increased in recent years,which has endangered the growth of these colleges and providing human resource to companies.The loss of college teachers is the result of many factors,using the theory of HRM this paper focuses on position analysis,career management and performance management to reduce the rate of loss,to ensure the development of the colleges in underdeveloped areas.
