“后方法时代”研究生外语教学中教师角色定位研究

A Study of Teacher's Role in the Reform of Graduate English Teaching in Post-method Pedagogy

国内外众多研究表明,外语教学在21世纪初逐步迈入"后方法时代"。在新的时代背景下,研究生外语教师必须适应时代潮流,重新定位自己的角色,进而促进研究生外语教学改革。通过梳理近年来关于外语教师角色定位的研究文献,指出在"后方法"外语教学框架下,研究生外语教师应是"反思型"的自主教师。通过对西安邮电大学师生进行教师角色问卷调查,诠释了研究生外语教师所需承担的多种角色,阐述了正确扮演这些角色对研究生外语教学改革成败与否的重要意义。

According to recent researches, home and aboard, foreign language education has entered the age of post-method pedagogy in the 21st century.Under the background of post-method pedagogy, graduate English teachers are supposed to adapt themselves to the trend to guarantee the success of graduate English education reform.Through analyzing relevant literature, it is concluded that graduate English teachers should be reflective teachers.Through a questionnaire answered by students and teachers in Xi＇an University of Posts and telecommunications, it indicates that graduate English teachers need play various roles which are deci-sive in determining success or failure of Graduate English.
